| The final rounds of the County Championships were held at Derby over the weekend. Again, every swimmer gave 100%, many personal best swims were achieved in individual events and in the relays. Well done to every swimmer. The results are as follows: | ||||

Rotherham Metro A & B Grade Open Meet - 14th January |
We had seven swimmers competing at the meet, most having their first swim of the year. One exception being Connor Lakin who swam in the Dronfield Diddy gala last week and has now had his first swim at Ponds Forge. The results were very good. I intentionally did not taper for this meet, as the Derbyshire Championships are the first target of the year. Rykneld SC, 14th out of 39 clubs. |
