Diddy League Round 3 - Sharley Park, 24th June

Following the result at Round 1, I asked that all swimmers make the effort to be available for Rounds 2 & 3, because Rykneld SC is better than the Round 1 result reflected. The above result proves that we are better. Fourth place against those clubs is a brilliant result. In round 1, Calverton beat us by 60 points, we are now only 16 points behind, that is a massive improvement and it’s all down to the hard work of you, the swimmers, so well done.

Well done to everyone who took part in the trophy gala at Matlock over the weekend. We had nine swimmers achieve pbs in the 100m events. I think that everyone cometing in 33.3m events achieved best times! Also we had no DQs, which is good, bearing in mind how many new swimmers we had competing. Oh yes and we won!
