The Derbyshire Championship are now underway – good luck everyone!

Details of the programme, warm up and start times can be found on the Derbyshire ASA Swimming Competitions website. Results as the competition progresses can also be found here.

There will no weekend training during the Derbyshire County Championships.

Unfortunately, due to the low number of entries received for this meet, we have had to cancel it. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

From 23rd January, 2010, Saturday morning swimming will be 8-10am with land training 10-11am. See squad info page for details about squad and swimming times.

The tutorial about changes in FINA law on Friday January 15th has been postponed until 22nd January, 7pm at Sharley Park.

We will holding time trials on Saturday 16th January for all swimmers wishing to gain times for the upcoming Derbyshire Championships. They will be from 8am – 9.30 am.

Normal training will be 7-8am then after the trials depending on numbers training or time trial at our discretion.

Following the success of our last Sprint Open Meet, we will be running another on Saturday 13th February 2009. Further details can be found on the Sprint Open Meet page. Closing date for entries Saturday 30th January 2010

Presentation night for the Club Championships will take place at the Winding Wheel, Chesterfield, 6.30 pm to Midnight. Tickets are now on sale £5. See Sue Ward or Phil Timmons Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

There will be a buffet and disco.

We are trialling morning training (6-7.30am) for our Senior squads, Junior County Squad and Masters. It is strongly recommend that Denstone swimmers attend.
