Juniors
For swimmers aged 10-13yrs, willing to attend a minimum of four to five training sessions each week. Swimmers should try to train as often as they can at the available sessions.
If swimmers can’t make certain sessions throughout the week they can come to this session to keep their training volume up. Swimmers should be aiming to gain top six positions in the County Championships and possible Midland qualifying times.
Swimmers attending morning training but need to leave early for any reason such as school or work, that’s perfectly fine just mention it at the beginning of the session to the coach.
