Senior A

For swimmers aged 13 and above who are willing to attend most of the sessions available. The sessions if completed will keep training volumes high and ensure adequate rest periods for recovery.

More Information

Swimmers must be willing to try attending a minimum of six to eight training sessions each week including up to three mornings out of the nine sessions available. Excellent punctuality and training habits will be expected. Swimmers in this squad should be aiming to gain top six positions in the County Championships and achieve Midland qualifying times.

If swimmers wish to attend morning training but need to leave early for any reason such as school or work, thats perfectly fine just mention it at the beginning of the session to the coach.
